Phigenics is a Market Leader with 20 years of experience in creating Water Management Programs that optimize operational efficiency and improve safety in building water systems to produce balanced systems that save money and enhance the quality of life.

We are and always will be INDEPENDENT. This means we do not produce or sell water treatment chemicals, so we sit on the same side of the table as our clients. We work with hospitals nationwide, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to take on the challenge of providing safe water in our communities. Our Operations and Support Teams work behind the scenes to ensure Water Management Programs are on track. If you are known to be organized, this would be a great opportunity for you! These positions are typically hybrid, so you can enjoy some flexibility with your work location.

Lab

Water Testing Lab

Our state-of-the-art Water Chemistry Laboratory is responsible for the processing of the PVT suite of Legionella testing products. If you have an interest in Water Chemistry and Microbiology testing, you’d be a great fit at one of our Labs in Warrenville, IL, Fayetteville, AR, or Reno, NV!

Equipment

Equipment/IT Support

If you are interested in maintaining equipment and software, a position on one of the Equipment/IT Support Teams could be for you! These positions are vital for allowing things to run smoothly across the many programs we use in a fully remote work environment.
